You take the narrow gravel road to get close to the water.
It’s a great place to launch a boat. This is where my friends and I would often launch a boat or go ice fishing.
I decided to stick around and wait for the sun to start setting. I was not disappointed!
In many ways, George’s Landing exemplifies the beauty of Wisconsin. It’s a bit secluded and is very no frills. It’s a place I have been to many times when I lived in Wisconsin. The only thing I have to watch is trying to get my Focus up the steep hill in the winter. That can be a challenge, but it is well worth it!
