I had some amazing luck when I was at Farmers Country Market. They were roasting hatch green chiles in the parking lot!
It looked like a pretty painstaking process and required a lot of propane to fuel the roasting.
It was pretty cool seeing the process of hatch green chiles being roasted. I see they roast a lot of them and maybe next time, I’ll pick up a whole box!
